OUR MISSION

…is to create a monthly container for women seeking a community to explore grounded connection, honest emotions, radical truth, and creative expression.. Join us for an experience that honors embodiment and feminine flow while unraveling into the present moment. All are welcome to participate, share during check-ins, or simply stay in stillness and be nourished in this healing space.

Allison DeLong SEP

 Alison has held sacred circles and guided rites of passage for 20 years.  She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner working with mothers and families who are committed to growing together through all the phases of childhood and healing trauma. Her background in nature mentoring, wilderness rites of passage and the healing arts (yoga and massage) inform her devotion to creating family well-being. She lives with her husband, teen son and 10 year old daughter in Sandpoint. www.motherelement.com

Tara Clemons OTR/L

Tara is a Myofascial Release Specialist with a background in Occupational Therapy and Yoga Therapy. In her local practice, EnTouch Holistic Therapy, she provides hands-on myofascial release. Through this form of healing she guides individuals in understanding how their nervous system, belief systems, and physiological patterning influences their fascial system through releasing and unwinding. Tara is passionate about supporting women in discovering and embodying their true essence. She is a wife & mother of her 6 year-old daughter. www.entouchholistictherapy.com
